MBC lawyers Steve Bulzomi and Jeremy Johnston won a unanimous ruling from the Washington State Supreme Court in a precedent setting case involving the rights of families to protect the remains of deceased loved ones from improper organ harvesting. The court's ruling allows our client to proceed to trial to seek damages resulting from the King County Medical Examiner's wrongful removal and shipment of her deceased son's brain and other body parts to a medical research facility in Maryland.
