A group of MBC employees has decided to start the new year off with a commitment to health.  Eight employees, along with partner John Messina, will engage in a "Biggest Loser" contest to motivate each other with exercise tips, recipes and positive feedback.  The person with the biggest percentage of weight loss at the end of the contest will win a prize chosen by the group.  Results to follow!
