I was involved in a car crash and have injuries, but I don’t have a lot of money to hire an attorney.  What does a contingent fee agreement mean?

We at Messina Bulzomi Christensen understand that many people who have been injured are also out of work and don’t have a lot of disposable income.  We work exclusively on a “contingent fee” agreement.  That means our clients only pay attorneys fees if we are successful in settling your case or winning a verdict at trial.  The fee is contingent upon you making a recovery for you injuries. No recovery, no attorney’s fee. If you were hurt because of the negligence of another call us, we’re here to help.
