Jeremy A. Johnston was named a Rising Star for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 by Washington Law and Politics Magazine and is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Johnston received his Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from Seattle University School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude and among the top ten in his class. He was an associate editor for the Seattle University Law Review and worked as an extern for United States District Court Judge Franklin D. Burgess. He received his undergraduate degree from Pacific Lutheran University where he played and was captain of the 1999 National Championship football team.
Jeremy has successfully represented seriously injured victims against negligent drivers, product manufacturers, medical providers, property owners, and others. He is passionate about achieving justice for his clients and holding accountable those who are responsible for their injuries.
Jeremy is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. He has acted as co-chair of the Washington Association for Justice Pierce County Roundtable and is a committee member of the Washington Association for Justice Membership Committee. Jeremy has chaired and pesented seminars for the National Business Institute and the Washington State Association for Justice.
Jeremy is active in non-legal community activities as well. He is an assistant football coach of the Bellarmine Preparatory High School and has served on the board of directors for Bellarmine’s Booster Club.
Jeremy A. Johnston is a native of Tacoma. He is married to Whitney (Martin) and has three boys; Drake, Cole, and Birk.
